  2. Back in those days where Smash Hits' pages were in black and white and in colour, I wonder who decided what was worthy of being printed in full colour and what was not ? :)

    Was it some band or artist (or their record companies demand that their page needed to be in full colour) as was it only a purely Smash Hits indoors company decision ?
