  1. Rather worryingly, for the last couple of years, I have been on the receiving end of a subscription to Rolling Stone; I have no idea why - obviously I would never buy an RS subscription myself. It even followed me when we moved to a new apartment. Anyway, the latest edition has the US top ten from thirty years ago: the likes of Billy Joel, Streisand, Bette Midler.

    And who was on the cover of Smash Hits at that time?

    Splodgenessabounds.
